In the soft clear light of conviction
I stand measuring the paths along
which I might go, but beyond this
is the darkness of what may yet
be, only spoken into with imagination,
as the signs present themselves
with clarity in the light, and looking
and looking at this moment I must
choose which of these ways to go.
