There are no more lies

to be had, no more truth

to be found, for truth

and lies sit side by side

in the rotting cauldron

of this modern life.

Lies and truth,

truth and lies:

who knows

which is which,

and what is what,

in the dissonance

of this modern life.

 

 

Tell me this, 

have conviction,

and I will laugh and I

will cry, for the voice of god 

and the words of satan

lie side by side

in this modern life.

 

 

There are no more lies,

there is no truth,

for one is one and

all is all, so tell me

your story and

say no more.
