Wrap me up in

your tender embrace,

and heal me full

after the ravages of life;

and lead me to

my world of dreams

where all that is impossible

finds its possible place.

 

Cover me with your

slender silken veil

that makes me float

away from all that weighs

so heavy and strong from

the atmosphere of life;

and let me find the

white dove of rest
