I am the paradox of one and many:
for I am one being, discrete, recognised
as person, and with a history that’s just
my own that stretches in the mortal segment
from the beginnings of division to dissolution.
And yet I am fully divided and plural:
with fluid and multiple selves that shift and
turn with each situated part, and I am constituted in
a vast community of single life united and ever
dividing and forming into this entity of one and many.
