It is complaints I hear!

 

Not having this,

wanting that,

sick of the way

the world is,

and afraid to just be

because so much

has been taken away.

 

Media feeds discontent.

Stories of misuse, abuse and

the misery of human life.

 

Ever complaints!

Filling us full with Adam’s

mistake and shaping this

world as sin when so much

of paradise remains, and

the sky is blue and sometimes

grey and the world is as it is,

and we remain a species

looking for the rainbow in the rain.
