Politicians talk,
babies cry,
people eat and smile
and lie,
and play the dice
in their heads,
fed by truth
that is no truth at all.

And bodies are not bodies
but devices for use and abuse
as extensions:
technologies for the new world
of beings beyond being.

This is the world of posthumanity:
all tied up with the visibility of invisibility,
and where appearance seems substance as well.
