Feeling
In-Between,
Liminal,
With a foot
On the line
But not able
To step over
And go beyond
To a new place
That is written
As destiny.

Feeling neither
Here nor there,
Transitioning
But not able
To become
Something new
As you are held
Back and
Wait at the
Barricades.
