We are who (what) we are.
We are candles that
burn slowly (and too fast)
and bring their scent to
the world for a time
and then extinguish
in the wind.
We are what (when) we can be.
We are sand hills moving
and forming where they will form
and creating great slopes
impressive and grand
only to be flattened
in the next wind.
We are as much (as little) as we can be.
Changing, living and dying,
all in one breath.
