This is the start of a new day
away from the expectations that
pull you down to the ground and
make you fight for air as you
climb a mountain that perhaps
did not need to be climbed.

This is a recognition of the need
to return to a self-truth that
the only ambition worth chasing
is the one about authenticity:
about finding that centre of
who you are when all is flux.
