Where does happiness lie?
In being friends,
very good friends,
no more, no less,
and finding peace in the
intimate textures of living that can
be troubled for sure,
but can also be places of
new exploration of our
finer selves with each other,
and the possibilities in living
with dignity in spaces where
there was once decay.
