a thread

of experience

as a species

evolving out

to the universe.

 

Religion is expressed

as a ‘godness’ that

is woven

into our being

to become a

spiritual force

that impels

us towards

resolutions and

certainties

in the face of

the chaos of living

and the inscrutable future.

 

Religion has

many patterns

and myriad

coloured threads

of meaning,

but each weaves

the same core

and each has

a shared search

for the ultimate

questions about

why we are here.
