Everyone speaks of poetic justice
but I would rather point to
justice through the poetic.

The chosen words fall with power,
and not as hard bullets that kilI,
no, never that,
but as drops of rain that descend
with grace
on injustice and bring to life
this great cause that we must defend.

Words are power,
and words spring from pain,
and words bring the message
that we shall never fail.
