What can I bring

to the emptiness?

 

Across the borderline

and into the arena of nothing,

I will bring the depth of myself:

I will carry all the wisdom

that I have gained,

all the doubts

that I have framed,

and all the questions

that still remain.

 

I will bring all this,

and much more,

across the borderline

and fill that nothingness

with a taste of all.
