I never discovered you
till I wanted to discover.

For so long, you were
a familiar map that
I had marked with my
pencil and put away
in a cupboard to pull
out again when I
needed to find control.

But now I have burnt
the map, for it is old,
and the journey now
with you needs no
maps at all.
