I speak not of divinity

just here or there or

in some remote place

of the mind to cover

over the wonderings

and need for certainty.

No! I speak of divinity

in the ordinary and the

every day—in the things

that surround us that

we do not seem to see.

And yet I care to look and

gaze beyond the boundary

of religion and faith to see

divinity in the faithless

and the worthless and the

the things easily put away.
