I want you in my sight,
in my flight,
beyond years,
without fear,
living as we choose
against constraint,
and being human
for each other as we
traverse this time that’s limited

So let’s be spirited
and be what we want to
be together, against expectation,
for each other, in this life
that is ours and not others,
in this place of us that is shelter.
