In all our planning and living
the earth remains, and in all
our dying the earth moves still,
as it has always done ever and
always will across its universal
path to god knows where.

This is the fact of our existing
as we look to the sky and the
ground beneath its gaze, and
nothing of our will can shift this
path for we are bound up with its
mission to the end of the universe.
