The bear is still loose
and roaring at the world,
and no one has the courage
or the will to howl him down,
and bring on him back to his cage.

Mark this as a point in history:
the bear is loose and there is no
constraint and suffering lies bleeding in
front of his rage and insipid silence seems the only
way to respond to the roar that echoes across the world.
